Allergy Testing

We offer comprehensive testing to get to the bottom of your seasonal/environmental allergies, food allergies, stinging insect allergies, contact allergies, and other allergy concerns. Dr. Hutson has over 25 years of experience in providing proper testing that is critical in the diagnosis and treatment of your allergy symptoms.

Allergy testing can be performed by blood or by skin. Skin testing is the preferred method as it is more accurate. Some medical circumstances do not allow us to perform skin testing as it is a safety concern. Testing is considered on an individual basis and the most suitable method will be performed.

If you are scheduled for allergy testing, you can review the medications you must discontinue 3 days prior to your testing.
