    Dr. Sarah Leo joined our practice in July 2024. She earned her medical degree from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also holds a Master of Public Health from the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine where she concentrated in Health Education & Communication, and Maternal & Child Health.

    Dr. Leo completed her pediatric internship and residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. During her time at LSU, she earned the honor of serving as Chief Resident in Pediatrics. Following her residency, Dr. Leo pursued a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology also at Louisiana State University.

    Her practice interests are in pediatric allergy, asthma, and immunology - but she enjoys patients of all ages! She is passionate about food allergy management, using biologics for allergic conditions, and immunogloublin replacement therapies.

    Julie Hutson, MD

    Dr. Hutson founded Lakeshore Allergy in 2000. She retired from practice in fall 2025. It was her greatest pleasure to care for her patients, some for over 20 years! Her retirement will be spent enjoying time playing pickleball, learning new crafts, and enjoying the winters in her home in Arizona.
